RETURNS POLICY

Here at Premium Parts we pride ourselves on customer service and quality products. 

If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please inform us as soon as possible at - premiumparts@outlook.co.nz. Please include your order number and the problem with your item. We will work with you closely to ensure we rectify the issue as soon as possible.

WHAT can be returned?
Items can only be returned if they are faulty on arrival, or if the product does not match the description. 

We do not accept the return of a product if you:

- Changed your mind and no longer want the product

- Order the wrong product

- Found the product cheaper elsewhere

- Found a better product elsewhere

- Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product ( such as if the fault was indicated / informed before purchased)

- Damaged the product by misusing it - ( such as if you drove your car in the water)

- Used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
7 working days from date of arrival.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Depending on what the item is, a return courier/shipping docket may be sent or the delivery address will be given once we have approved the return and a return notice issued for the goods. 

HOW do customers return items?
Get in contact with us premiumparts@outlook.co.nz and we will run you through the steps.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the items is faulty on arrival or does not match what was advertised we will cover the return freight back to our warehouse. Freight for warranty returns/repairs are covered by the customer.

CREDIT for returns?
A credit will be issued which can be used on another items unless arranged otherwise.

Packing materials?
Items need to be returned in the original packaging.

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?
Orders which are shipped cannot be cancelled. There is also a no cancellation policy on all special order parts unless arranged otherwise. 

Refund amount will be the total amount paid less all freight costs (to and form customers delivery address).
